California Supply Chains Act Disclosure

The State of California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 requires certain companies to disclose efforts to address the risks of slavery and human trafficking within their supply chains. This disclosure is provided on behalf of Cressi America (“Cressi,” “Cressi-sub USA, Inc,”  “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Our Commitment

Cressi is committed to conducting business responsibly and ethically. We expect our suppliers, manufacturing partners, and business associates to comply with applicable labor laws and to uphold fair, lawful, and humane employment practices.

Supply Chain Structure

Cressi products are designed and manufactured through a global supply chain that includes facilities and partners in Europe and Asia. We work with established manufacturing partners and suppliers that are expected to operate in compliance with applicable labor, employment, and safety regulations.

Supply Chain Oversight & Verification

Cressi maintains supplier standards and contractual expectations requiring compliance with applicable laws related to labor practices and workplace conditions. Our approach to supply chain oversight continues to evolve as part of our broader commitment to responsible sourcing.

Supplier Standards & Accountability

Cressi expects its suppliers and manufacturing partners to:

• Comply with all applicable labor and employment laws

• Prohibit forced labor, prison labor, and child labor

• Maintain safe, lawful, and humane working conditions

Failure to meet these expectations may result in corrective action, up to and including termination of the business relationship.

Internal Accountability & Training

As a global organization, Cressi maintains internal policies and procedures designed to promote ethical business conduct. Employees involved in sourcing, production, and supplier relationships are expected to operate in accordance with these standards and applicable company policies.

Training and oversight practices are reviewed periodically and may be enhanced as business operations and regulatory requirements evolve.
