The hypercompensation of the 1st stage mechanism guarantees a slight increase of the IP as it gets down the pressure of the bottle. The regulator supplies, therefore, its maximum level of services in the final phase of the dip, undoubtedly the most critical. The chamber is designed to canalize the air volume directly to the LP exits for reducing to a minimal level the fall of pressure in forced breathing (0.5 BAR), guaranteeing a use with high services in any situation. The thicknesses of the walls of the body have been optimized to reduce to the minimum its weight. A case of semiflexible elastomer protects the 1st stage of blows and erosions. Seat HP of stainless steel AISI316. Apart from the possibility of substitution in case of deterioration on having realized the maintenance, the composition of the seat, much harder than the traditional brass of the fixed seats, it prolongs its useful life since it resists better the deforming action of the metallic microparticles than could introduce proceeding from the bottle.
